So I tested positive for Covid. I only feel lime I have a cold. I am doing a pcr test tomorrow at the doctor. I hear zinc and vitamin c. Any other suggestions? @watch4thedrop or anyone else?

@inverness01 If your dr will not give you ivermectin or HCQ, take zinc 50-100 mg 2x day, Quercetin 500mg 2-3x day, Vit c 1000 mg 2-3xday, vit super B complex and/or extra B1, EGCG (green tea extract) daily, vit D3 25-50 mcg/day, and PEPCID OTC 2xday until it's over. HCQ, quercetin, and EGCG (green tea extract) are all ionophores which reportedly increase uptake of zinc into cells to fight virus replication. NAC is reputed to help the lungs fight back. @inverness01 How were you diagnosed in the first place? The PCR is not an accurate test. Depending on how many life-cycles are used for the virus, there can easily be a false positive. Either way, the supplements I recommended will also help your cold, if it comes back negative. Assume it will come back positive and treat accordingly.

@inverness01 when were you diagnosed and how long have you been experiencing your symptoms? They sound mild like a cold. If that's all you have going on you won't be prescribed anything maybe just for your cold symptoms.

@Teneseo @Mongo3804 @watch4thedrop they also called me to tell me . I was actually stunned . I did it to be cautious as I got the sniffles and been super tired . I did not want to go anywhere if it was Covid . I was surprised but I also don’t trust the rapid tests. I literally was in wet clothes all last week coaching football. So now what feels like a cold is Covid. I also have the vaccine which I know does not prevent one from getting it but I find it ironic .

@Klang I did the rapid test today . I had a cough that kept me up Sunday night . I went today because I have been very tired and did start to notice my breathing a little off -Winded I guess but my oxygen levels are fine. I got one of those finger tester things .

@wziminer my guess is the pharmacies use the same thing ? I heard PCR test takes at least a few days to comment back. Ugh .. I just want to nip this in the bed snd not end up down hard like some people are . It feels just like a cold. I can smell ( even with stuffy nose) . No fever … no major headache although I feel that sinus heavy head . I guess I should just go to the urgent care doctor tomorrow and see what they say .

@inverness01I dont know the name of the antibiotic they gave me but the zpack was a stanrard zpack that ive had before. The ivermectin was only 6 pills if i remember right I took 3 the first day and the other 3 I think 3 days later. @wziminer so they refused to prescribe me anything . They basically said you are positive ( after giving me a second rapid test ) and then sent the pcr one in . So now I will count for 3 cases unless the pcr comes back negative . I don’t get why they would not give me invectim if the cdc recommends that for mild cases ! His answer to me was . If u get worse go to ER . Grrrr

@watch4thedrop @Mongo3804 they denied me anything. It was basically. Thx for coming in and taking our test and being a statistic - not get out of here snd go to the hospital if your symptoms worsen. I am irritated . They advertise as a “ Covid “ center . Why do I hear of so many getting an script even for mild cases yet I was told to pound sand ? I am still pissed

@inverness01What state are you in? The company I work for made me take a test because the guy I carpooled with tested positive. The clinic I went to came out to my vehicle and swabbed me and 15 minutes later came back and told me I was positive. They called in my prescriptions right then. Im in Texas. @watch4thedrop

@inverness01 @Mongo3804 @watch4thedrop Seriously, in Va they are treating it the same. My daughter is getting married Saturday. She and her sister and bridal party all got it three weeks ago. The Drs sent them all home with nothing. Different Drs, different parts of Va.
