@hans_w Yes, but we are talking fresh out of the water alligator here. I suppose you can get frozen alligator in Europe, where I reside, but "fresh" alligator is better, of course.

I must state I never tried it, we did visit a german restaurant where it was on the menu, might have been delivered frozen, I agree ;-)

@ParadeGrotesque it's a bit more tender in a Cajun "étouffée" than grilled, but yeah, it's not that different from chicken
