@SlowRain yeah, my mother's mother passed away this morning.my father's mother passed away 3 years ago, and I was just remembering her couple days ago...and due to the current restrictions in Taiwan, they can't have the funeral in the funeral home, only a small ceremony at home with the immediate family.

@cybette I'm sorry to hear that.I kind of picked up on the comment you made about your other grandmother a few days ago.Grandmas are special. They're a little bit tougher on their grandchildren here than what I'm used to, but my students are always happy to tell me when they went to their grandma's house.What was she like? Do you have any special memories of her?
