       i’ve had that [subpost] about how the human journey is one of integration rattling around in my head and i can’t help but think about how the consequence of this integrative process is the pruning of the self into a form that reads as coherent.removing the fickleness from your heart. triaging your loves. transforming yourself into a living clavier.only then can you be appreciated, or attain any position in society beyond that of the dilettante.

       @alcyone integration is more about unification or making a meta-self to organise the facets more than it is about picking a favourite child of a self and eroding the other subpersonalities
