I would go there during lunch hour sometimes to look at all the many kinds of albums; one floor had innumerable classical recordings. In the Chicago Reader article from 1994, it mentions Tower Records as being part of why Rose was stumbling. @ThomasWic I still listen to Return to Forever every once in a while. Weather Report is one of my top ten favorites.And, Tony Levin is amazing. He has partnered with some of the greatest musicians to make music that is unique. Which is such a rare thing.Too many bands want to sound like a popular band. @Cdubois I just start listening to Jordan Petersen’s Twelve Rules for Life. It’s great. Thank you for mentioning the book. I’m listening to Part one on YouTube. I can’t wait to share it with my daughter. I’ll purchase it for my mini library which keeps growing. I’m getting up there in age and I buy books I want my granddaughter to be exposed to in the future. It’s my insurance policy and purpose in life that she is has knowledge of great works of art and entertainment.

@Kegstr @Marg Yes! Got rid of cable a few years ago - everything is online. Right now we're in the middle of "NYPD Blue" - I hadn't watched it when it first came out. Really enjoying it. Another Bochco success!I'm also watching the British "All Creatures Great and Small" while reading the books. Another great series. Loved the Canadian production, "Heartland" - good family entertainment.Lotsa great stuff to watch and don't miss cable. We get OANN though KlowdTV ($5/month) when we want news.
