       I was meditating of the nature of loneliness, why is so painful, all this is my reflection:The mere existence is suffering, i thought this was crap, but the existence creates our mental forms, which creates sensations which in the end creates attachment.This still sounds like crap but the mental form known as myself is pretty painful.Even if you strive to de deprived from all sensorial experience that will stop all our mental representational world , you still have a self, with this self you will see that you still feel loneliness. This is the most basic mental form.Loneliness is the most primordial form of suffering ,the most universal and the core of our existence.It's when you are aware of this mental form and you are not distracted like greedy thoughts, you realize how small you are and you beging to be empathetic with all living forms. From that self , or I would say, from the loneliness, you manage to connect with the whole existence and in this way transcend the loneliness.
