       @Lemonhead Part of the reason I've been absent is that it tears me up to think about. Being denied access except to manually fetch content (which at scale is not possible while maintaining a healthy family life) is a huge kick in the nuts.

       @lolajl @Lemonhead From whitehouse.gov and senate.gov at least. My tools dont work for either. I can only assume that while they implement their own security controls that it locked down on the process I use to fetch data. Senate.gov tanked when I had my normal feeds going but then set up a large part of the jtrn.us feeds. Checking for updates hourly, and I had not staggered them at that point, probably flagged me for a potential Denial of Service attempt or something.

       @lolajl @Lemonhead The senate.gov webmaster said I wasn't explicitly banned on their firewall from what they could tell and suggested halting all feeds for a period of time in an attempt to have it timeout but after a few months even it still was in effect.
