So it would be better for us to keep Legault probablyFrom what I’ve heard Duhaime say on radio x he is very pro letting businesses bring in temporary workers and immigrants they need for workers. @caffeineland @vayda @verretor Montreal could be salvaged even. Many do not realize that a ton of areas occupied by the English in Quebec before have been taken over by francophones. These towns would be 80% english before 1960 and they’re 90% French now. The cultural change can happen. The immigrants in Montreal would feel just as happy in toronto. If things get unpleasant for them in Quebec they’ll be happy to move there. I hope that we can make it happen.

@becassine I took years of French and lived in France for 5 years. I have strong respect for Québec French based on how much it doesn't overcomplicate itself. There's also joual(?) which is was stigmatized until the 80s Imaybe later). I just want Québec to be French. @vayda @verretor

@becassine That's a closed minded way of thinking. if afforded equal rights in a separate national parliament Quebec would be the most patriotic province of Canada. Canada is weak under parliamentary democracy. All the different groups hate each other, but under a strong and centralised dual monarchy Canada would have the strength of Austria-Hungary. The Anglos and French would live in peace and all those ethnicities would be loyal to the crown.
