       @calculsoberic i used to take the lifts we would ride around to get stuff off the high shelves, go to the top of the warehouse and "get stuck"

       @scout OH. MY. GOD. Me too!!! One time the staff pranked me and told me I would have to use the reach truck to get up to the ceiling so I could clean it.

       @scout technically this was in a retail store, but they had a warehouse in the back, and that's where I worked.

       @scout OK, so pretty similar!! There were parts of it I enjoyed, believe it or not. I did something similar later in the early '00s and still remembered how to use a lot of the tools, thankfully.

       @calculsoberic i miss being able to put on a podcast and like dissociate for my shift while i just packed thousands of boxes. My shifts were usually like 22:00-06:00, 04:00-10:00, or 06:00-14:00 so I'd go in on the dark and come out in the light a lot of times. It was weird
