Interesting problem, now that I moved my NUC from Sweden to Germany it still pulls all the Ubuntu updates from Swedish servers instead of German ones. I should change that but need to figure out how.

@jeena Does Ubuntu still use apt? Then change the sources in /etc/apt/sources.list. On the other side, there's no need to change it, when the downloads are fast enough.

@mase yes it does, and yeah I know about /etc/apt/sources.list and was wondering if there is some tool which takes care of the servers like during installation, but I guess I can use sed for it.

@jeenaThere used to be a setting in software and sources about selecting a mirror. Maybe find that?
