He would much rather it HCQ continue to be sold to everyone but cuomo said no. So we can either eat a $50,000 fine or follow the restrictions. Maybe we should have ignored but if we shut down, even more patients would have been hurt.

@DuaneCates Near the beginning of the Pandemic, maybe a year ago, , Drs in Texas sued the Texas Board of Pharmacy because they had decided NOT to fill prescriptions of HCQ if there was no diagnosis (of Rheumatoid Arthritis or Systemic Lupus) on the script. Texas Drs WON, so there is precedent here.
