@chip Most of the dogs.I have owned in my lifetime would literally run when they knew it was bath time. Not waffles! He runs to the tub and hops right in. He’s like a little kid.

@chip Uh oh! Additions to the family, eh? Are you planning on keeping them all?Waffles actually belongs to my oldest son. He bought him abt 6 yrs ago w/money I left him to live on while me & my wife went to the Philippines for the summerI came home while my son was at school & there waffles was tearing thru the house like crazy. I had no idea my son bought him.To make a long story short - my son was too busy w/school and chasing women to care for waffles properly so he turned into my dog

@athena12 He doesn’t miss any meals. I cook him (depending on size) one to two chicken breast & 2 boiled eggs every morning. Then he snacks whenever I do. Ppl think I’m crazy for buying him chicken breast. BUT it’s as cheap as buying canned dog food. The only dog food he will eat that ive bought is canned meaty chunks w/gravy & rice. It’s $1.50 a can. Two cans a day and it adds up. I buy the 10 pound bags of breast at sams for abt $20.00 a bag. He goes through about two bags a month.

@MarcusJ65 @athena12 We cook for the doxies..chicken breast,rice,canned green beans,carrots,egg,and some grated cheese with a small bit of their dry food later.. Its healthier and cheaper than dog food, they like it and their coats are glossy

@Dawnz @athena12 That’s great! Gotta take good care of our little furry pals. I’ve been trying to tell some ppl in my family It’s actually a bit cheaper to feed their dogs chicken than it is canned dog food. My wife cooks rice several times a week. When she does I always add a little to his chicken and eggs. Another food I’ve found that Waffles loves is strawberries. He’s also crazy about sugary treats but I rarely give him any since I stopped eating them myself a few years ago.
