       Decided to call AT&T and check. The customer service directed my call to technical support and I ended up with the DirectTV team. Redirecting back to the technical support team that works on the 'Internet'.

       So they want to turn on the WiFi on their Gateway to check for issues which I can't do for the next 25 minutes. Don't want to disrupt the internet right now in the middle of meetings. Gonna call them back later.

       THAT WAS IT!Changed the DNS servers from OpenNIC to Quad9 and Webtoons is accessible and everything is alright in the world.Wasted everybody's time for nothing. Tch.
