       @wziminer —While it true about some of the Blue states, I don’t see TX going Blue anytime. The only issue is Allen West wanting to run against Greg Abbott. That needs to be scrapped.@Argentum47

       @BlkLdyPatriot I have to think about it. At the moment, having met Allan West, I hope he is moving Gregg Abbott to the right. Gov Abbott was beginning to sound a bit biddable until Allan West started making noise. I prefer Abbott, but I could change my mind. Matthew is a non-starter, though My best friend's son, who has met MM, and is a conservative, likes the guy. Again, I am not a fan.@Argentum47

       @wziminer @BlkLdyPatriot @Argentum47 My feeling about McConaghey is that he isn’t Republican or Democrat enough.  What are his positions? His policies?  His mother was President of an East Texas Republican Women’s Club…maybe Tyler?  He’s a charmer…but is that enough to beat Abbott?
