       Enjoyed an exquisitely delectable entrée comprising a 48-day wet-aged, perfectly seared, 22-oz medium-rare prime rib-eye steak paired with lobster and bacon macaroni and cheese, rustic truffle mashed potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms at 'The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood' on the 36th floor inside the Ala Moana Hotel. Unfortunately, our appetizers (oysters on the half shell [imported from British Columbia], ahi katsu, and beef carpaccio) and dessert (lilikoi crème brûlée) are not shown. The evening sky views of Honolulu were stunning and truly breathtaking.
