@seeker I think I'm going to be okay. Not alarmed at all. And I'm getting MUCH stronger by the day.I even have a six pack on my abs in the works. And I'm not trying that hard. My body responds to even the moderate exercise (20 minutes max) extremely well. Couldn't be happier, makes me want to rush out for more every morning, and I'm enjoying LONG walks at dusk with my wife. Outlook, even financial: very positive. Very excited, actually.
