       @Cosmic Define education.  State sponsored education should be job based.  Social education is for the community (or family, how ever you feel about that.)

       @Cosmic forget both.  Job based leads to education by class.  Social based leads to communism (see current crop of Public School produced Socialists).Education should be interest based and allowed to change as the kid grows up.Did you know what you wanted your career to be when you were 6?  Were you right about it at 16?  Did you figure it out by 26?

       @Cosmic it should be dynamically adjusted to the consumer paying for it. Getting government out of the decisions a family makes solves that problem. Vouchers.
