       If queer is the umbrella term for lesbian/gay/bi/trans, why is Lgbtq+ the acronym. Shouldn't it just be queers? Actually, why is q even in it at all? I'm not going to say that I like queers. I know a queer, and he's cool. But the whole genre? I haven't met them all so I can't speak to that. Same thing with every  blanket term for any group of people. Some black people I've met are okay, others are assholes. Just like everyone else. What's with people throwing themselves into stereotype groups?

       I willing to bet it started with marketing. Try and get an idea of what specific groups of people like so that they can be advertised to. Then, people started identifying as the stuff that was advertised to them. I guess growing up poor made me conscious of this bullshit.

       @genetic_failure idk apparently wanting to be an opposite gender is equally as valid as wanting to fuck the same gender.I care the same about either, which is not at all. It's odd watching people put so much emphasis on what they like to fuck, though.
