@umad80 It’s yummy & pretty in coleslaw. Also nice to slice thinly to add on top of tacos. It’s a different flavor than regular cabbage.

@JM Are you German? Grew up eating stuffed cabbage. Each little cabbage was wrapped with a piece of bacon. Mom used Tomato Bisque soup as the Sauce.Now I’m hungry.

@umad80 One way: Slice thin, saute in butter 'til soft, salt, pepper, add some vinegar at the end and a tiny bit of sugar to temper the vinegar and then right as you serve it--throw on a heaping spoon of caraway seeds!my kids ate it by the bowlful.
