Just got an odd text from the roomy..He says If u have any friends online or off that own trucks,tell them to watch them close.Ppl are stealing catalytic converters (cats).Yesterday his shop wrote 10 estimates for a company called Arias (think they are electrical)and already today had to write 12 more for a car leasing company(Enterprise) and are bringing 10 more of them.Somebody's getting rich at the scrapyardsend

@Dawnz If you've ever been to a scrap yard you'll know you actually have to give a thumb print ( in MI anyway) and your driver's license to turn in metal. Their plan is probably to turn them in far away and hope not to get caught.

@Dawnz Yes it has been happening for quite a while. Some sell them on e bay. Also drug addicts steal them. There have been a lot stolen in mall parking lots. It only takes a few minutes if they know what they are doing.
