       The people of Manitoba are under lockdown.  Vaccination is the goal. THE GENOCIDE CONTINUES.On July 5th, 2019, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, her husband Dr. Keding Cheng and an unknown quantity of Chinese agents who posed as their "students" were removed from the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) which is Canada's only level 4 Virology facility.A Level 4 Virology facility is a laboratory equipped to work with the most dangerous human and animal diseases in existence.  Dr. Qiu, Dr. Keding Cheng and their "students" access to the NML facility was revoked after the CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) alerted the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) to the scientists' sharing of data and providing advice to Chinese scientists working on "weaponizing" various viruses.       During 2017 and 2018 the Chengs' and some of their "students" made at least 5 trips to China which were paid for by an unknown 3rd party.    The itinerary for these trips included a range of Chinese bio weapon research facilities including: 1. The Institute of Military Veterinary, Academy of Military Sciences, Chengchung China2. Center For Disease Control and Prevention in Chengdu Military Region, Chengdu China3. The Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences - Beijing 4. The Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences - Wuhan ChinaThe Wuhan laboratory is located 20 miles from the location of the "Wet Market" that is reported to be Ground Zero or the starting point of the current Coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan.  In March of 2019 a shipment of exceptionally virulent bio-agents, was shipped from the Canadian NML facility to the Chinese Virology lab in Wuhan.  Included on the manifest was a strain of Coronavirus specifically, 2019-nCoV, which has been reported to be responsible for the current outbreak.  Dr. Qiu and her husband Dr.Cheng, were directly involved in the approval and packing of the shipment of samples to the lab in Wuhan.    China’s Biological Warfare Program is well funded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and as a result is at a highly advanced stage of development.  The current Chinese inventory is believed to include a full range of extremely virulent chemical and biological agents with a wide variety of delivery systems including artillery shells, aerial bombs and sprayers, and ballistic missiles.
