@RGReader @TerriC @Perramas No.THINK.How many people WORKED in those Camps?There never went home on leave?Never had doubts?Talked to Priests or others about it?I'm sure there were plenty of children & young adults who didn't know.Other than that it's a wildly accepted FIG LEAF.

@Give_Me_Liberty @DuaneCates @Debradelai @ThomasWic My once OB-GYN in NYC was a survivor; she also had a tattoo on her arm.Once, after a minor procedure, I sighed & remarked that it had been painful. She stopped what she was doing, turned to look me directly in the eye, scowled, then slowly spoke each word, "You DO NOT know the meaning of pain." I was ashamed of myself & still cringe when I remember that exchange. It made a huge impression on me I'll never forget. She was a wonderful doctor.

Once while paying rent in their kitchen, my daughter, about age 3 noticed her tattoo and touched it. She asked her "who did that?" The elderly woman just said quietly "Some very bad people". I promised her that when my daughter was older I'd be sure that she knew.
