@ThomasWic I don’t usually watch videos-especially longer ones BUT this one was fascinating! I don’t know how investigators/interrogators know how to draw people out like they do! I’m good at drawing people out to a point because people really like to talk about themselves but these guys use a different angle that is just so darn good 👍

For those asking, I have the JAPANESE mentality when it comes to those who are VIOLENTLY mentally ill.The ANCIENT Japanese.I literally don't care WHY you did it.You DID do it & the punishment must fit the HARM you caused.Mental State should only be a concern in determining motive.If the court is willing to address extenuating circumstances I'd agree up to a point.Like Cruz's Prosecutors.

@ThomasWic Watched the video even though it was hard knowing the background. Very interesting and it’s obvious he was acting. Hadn’t seen the deleted video from his phone....that should definitely put him in the death house as Brian mentioned. Boy the restraint from that officer....he did an amazing job.

@DuaneCates I have no issue with the genuinely mentally ill being treated, even if removed from society forever. But, as for circumstances, I view pretend-illness as an AGGRAVATING circumstance that deserves harsher penalty. Fortunately the justice system has learned to see though all the fakery, and very few people ever escape proper consequences.

@ThomasWic He deserves to be fried. Or to placed in an institution for the criminally insane. In the end he realized he was really screwed and things were not going to go his way. If I were his public defender, I would protect his rights in the Court, but would not figure out a way to get him off the hook. I hope the defense does try to get him off. Either quick visit to old Smokey, or he chooses to be institutionalize with the criminally insane.
