@sneedpoaster @ItsAllToast There's always two flavors of Nationalism in LatAm: diminish Euro heritage vs. embrace Euro heritage.Add the traditional "commies vs. everyone" struggles and a dash of "how can I fuck over these remote natives for a quick buck" and you get the present. They could've done some things differently but history is history.
