@kk if you can, drink green tea (increases serotonin), or ginger tea with lemon (relaxes muscles, lowers blood pressure).

@kk better not ginger tea, but ginger root instead, grate it, and the lemon is for taste, because ginger tastes _horrible_ but with lemon it's okay. (:
