Is 4 hours of sleep a day enough for a 23 year old man? 🤔

@strawberryfieldsforever fuck no and you know this. My way of determining the "quality" of sleep is the way I feel in like 10 minutes after I wake up... Although sometimes I have slept well yet still feel like shit due to having been too exhausted from the days before. When I skipped a night this week (too much info but w/e), after it I felt like shit. Though I slept well.If you (or that hypothetical person) feel good after just 4 hours of sleep then maybe it's fine. But I sincerely doubt that.Eating well, sleeping well, moving your body ("excercize"), and monitoring and lowering stress ("mindfulness") all 4 are important to have health, and live a long life.

@strawberryfieldsforever @stimzim if this persists (tiredness after getting enough sleep) this is possibly a symptom of iron deficiency, which is easily fixed by adding a litttle bit of dill as a spice into your food. Or seaweed as "heavy artillery".

@strawberryfieldsforever @stimzim https://foodstruct.com/list/foods-high-in-iron-feA lot of alternatives! (-:If I had to choose one, personally I would choose kidney beans because I don't like / don't know the taste of everything else. (-:

@strawberryfieldsforever btw most caviar in stores is possibly synthitic and not organic, and real caviar is way too expensive; cinnamon unless it's ceylon cinnamon (most of cinnamon sold everywhere is cassia cinnamon which is inferior) is a bit bad for liver. It regulates the blood sugar and therefore diminishes sugar cravings, but... avoid cinnamon or use it in moderation.Spinach is also high in iron but it's not on that list. https://web.archive.org/web/20210327172227if_/https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/healthy-iron-rich-foods#The-bottom-lineThis site I like more than Foodstruct for some reason, highly suggest reading it too..."Iron is an important mineral that must be consumed regularly as your body cannot produce it on its own."Take care, and do your own research before adding any food to your day!
