Since the mid Nineties there's been a YUGE debate between factions in Nueces County's Local Government on whether Corpus should try to expand the PORT (Ugh! Pollution! DIRTY! FOUL! BAD! Says the Left!)or try to expand TOURISM! (Ugh! SNOWBIRDS! YANKEES! BAD! Then they worked like MAD to accommodate the 4rth Infantry Division's vehicles, tanks & aircraft. Trains arrived packed with flatcars of Humvees, M1 Abrams MBTs, Cobra & Apache Gunships & thousands of Heavy Trucks. MILES OF THEM.I remember because a bad accident on the Harbor Bridge shut it down for 2 weeks & I had to circle the Port to an alternate Bridge where I SAW all of them as I drove home.I was in awe.Tanks, Helos & Humvees in the thousands. No one. 4. 12th amendment -> contingent election, each state 1 vote, etc. Another path 1. 10th amendment - states retain all rights not enumerated to federal government. Does constitution grant “these powers” to the federal, or even say anything about this? No. So states retain these rights. Inauguration date not relevant. ?

@watch4thedrop Thanks Drop! A hatred of ketchup is not all you and I agree on. Been meaning to ask you, do you know if eggs are NOT present in any of the covid vaccines? My sister in law wont get the jab for fear of egg allergy. (she also works for an anti-vaxx quackropractor) Thanks

@JJ nope. no eggs in any of the vaccines. these vaccines use mostly lipids and proteins so it's pretty rare to even have an allergic reaction(although some do)

@watch4thedrop Also, in re “allergic reactions” the moderna vax I got in march & april opened my eyes on that. Many are getting sick for 36-48 hrs after getting the jab. I do after flu jabs usualky. I always stupidly claimed it was a “side effect”. I now realize it was a direct effect - my body reacted only on the 2nd jab, because it recognized and responded after it gained antibodies in the first jab. Is that an accurate way to look at it?thanks sir!

@JJ Yep. after you get the jab, you may feel a little sluggish/crappy. That's your immune system being activated and taking out the spike protein cells which were originally your own cells. always temporary.

@watch4thedrop Thanks - I think many believe it is an unintended side effect and claim “it gave me….the flu or covid or whatever” But it is natural reaction to prove the jab actually works IMO
