ADDENDUM:To answer questions:I moved all my stuff into my new house to keep my brother from handling it.He was going to stay in my new house while I found a temporary home, but just today I decided I'm not going to do that.The shower here doesn't work, which is why I use the shower in my parents' house--my new house.But I can give myself washcloth baths here. I experimented. I'll shave my head so I don't have hair to worry about.

My brother said he'd stay here. He'd fix the shower.Everything was designed to stretch out the time he was here, which is not acceptable.Since all he cares about is money, I made a deal with him that I won't get into, but it depends on him moving everything to Vegas and storing it THERE.He was already trying to weasel his way out of his end of the bargain, so I decided that I'm not going to leave.He doesn't get to sell my house until he's taken care of everything else.

I've done at least a third of his work for him. Since he never listens, I'm going to have to sit him down and tell him face to face about the situation here. Now that I know what I'm going to do, I'm totally without stress. I was going to have to find a place to stay, buy a laptop, figure out how to deal with my firearms, and so on.Now I don't have to do any of that.See, it turns out that he'd planned on taking the Vegas house for himself for a long time.

I asked him to put in a landline for me, along with other stuff, and he never bothered to do it.That tipped me off that I'd need a Plan B.What you have to accept is that people will live a lie all the way to the end. My favorite reply to this post was this one: "Now, I know this is going to sound crazy, but work with me here. If you guys wanted for trump-era tariffs to remain in effect, wouldn't it have been a good idea to vote for trump and not the guy who already said he would undo everything Trump did...Including those tariffs?" 😂

Problems or issues just don't magically go away, or dissolve into the mist like some fairytale bs.At a certain point (ie, after many, many opportunities to see it like it is), we may mature enough to realize it's our personal bs and not the responsibility of anyone else, no matter the cause or source of it.It's not that difficult or complex, regardless of the litany of excuses.

If you pay month-to-month, there is a fee on top of the rent. But first, you have to sign a year lease, and thereafter you can opt for month-to-month.
