South Carolina Republicans just can’t wait to get back to executing death row inmates, and they’re trying to force them to choose between a 109-year-old electric chair and a firing squad because they can’t get lethal injection drugs. Two of those inmates are suing in response. This is just plain bloodthirsty behavior from Republicans. Activist corporations prevent them from being able to carry out lethal injections, so that means they should just let subhuman murderers live instead of finding alternative execution methods? I for one like the Guillotine, it's basically the anti-lethal injection, gory-looking, but quick and humane. Firing squads are a good option too tho.

@NatashaRomanoff The only reason the death penalty is impractical is because people like you make it financially unviable through pointless legal challenges. Their slow mental breakdown after decades of isolation is what you're demanding, and it's more cruel than any of the execution methods currently in use. Hanging, beheading, or gas could previously be used for a quick and mostly painless death at minimal cost; but your kind challenged them as cruel leading to massively expensive alternatives such as lethal injection and electric chair which are less reliable and potentially torturous.
