       @Blackebob @GmanFan45 @Debradelai @redwhitebluedude The no evictions thing helped me with my worrying over Bills during the Lockdowns as I lost my jobs....BUT BRIAN & I HAD PAID OUR RENT A YEAR+ IN ADVANCE.The payment was finally used up on March 1rst.Now we're back to paying rent monthly.We just renewed our Lease for another year AT A FLAT RATE that's the same as last year.Gee, looks like SOMEONE was happy with our style of Tenant hood!Keep looking for that FREE LUNCH, ya Dum Dums.
