There's something deeply wrong in FedEx's timezone handling: if I manually set it to GMT-08:00 (Pacific time), it tells me that it was loaded on the delivery truck at 2:44 AM 😂

@kai @codewiz Maybe Bernie's mother language is not English but one of those where nouns have gender, although the thing they name don't 😊 In Spanish e.g. 'coffee machine' is feminine by that noun, although it can be also masculine by another. (It's easier than it sounds 😅)

@codewiz @benoit @Maryam I think your coffee roaster have ground beans too coarser.Here is the rules for a good Espresso :- 18g of grind beans- 25s of extraction with mineral water- 38g out (1:2 for an espresso, 1:1 for a ristretto, 1:4 for a lungo)At the end, the coffee puck has to be solid like a cake.It took time to increase my skill in espresso.
