@MountainJay @kesslerbmw there is always a fuzz factor to these things. you can see it in a couple different fields of argument where people take the numbers that are the result of extensive screening and then say "because only 2% of incredibly analyzed and selected cases have X, that means X is rare." they forget and do not ask about the cases that failed to be screened.the safe and effective meme is weird though. i don't think i saved it but there was a UK doctor saying his colleages weren't filling out the forms because they just memed it off as "well obviously it couldn't have been the never before fielded drug, it's something else!"

@kesslerbmw @icedquinn Ideally. But I see no evidence that anything has changed regarding massive under-reporting. Quite the contrary actually, based on my personal conversations with people experiencing side effects, as well as wide-spread stories in alt/grassroots media about adverse events going unreported.
