these new object-based audio formats like dolby atmos or dt:x are actually pretty nice, because you can get great sounding surround audio without dedicating a whole room to the setup. put your speakers wherever there's space, let the system tune itself and it can just recalculate the sound channels on the fly

@lain Yeah all these new audio systems are neat but the problem is that almost nothing supports them and the things that do want you to pay extra for it.Which kinda kills it on arrival even if it is great tech
