So I’m not an Elon fan boy and the use of energy FUD as the excuse is bull shit but it seems clear what happened here. This decision was probably made by him alone for sales, took no account of what this would do to the books or tax problems and then someone finally told him. 1/

In a way I applaud the man for going full steam into it where no one else, even famous bulls, would not do transactions but there are various reasons why they don’t. Still, using clean energy has the excuse is fucked up and lame. He may have purposely caused a mini crash. 2/

Those people are never gonna have the same motivations as you for buying. Stay humble, stack sats, avoid hero worship, protect yourself and your family. People will stack out of hubris and they will not be people you like.
