       BREAKING: Supreme Court will take up major new gun case and decide whether Second Amendment applies outside the home.  Court will review New York law that requires people to show a special need for protection to get a license to carry a handgun.Didn't stop criminals from having handguns, just the rest of us.

       @RockyRoad By definition, a criminal is going to purchase and carry guns regardless of the laws.Preventing law-abiding persons from carryings gun for self-defense is not only (in my opinion) unconstitutional, it gives criminals more power over the rest of society.It's also interesting to note that there is exactly ZERO correlation between strict gun control laws and decreased gun crimes and deaths.Just like masks...there is no data to support it. It's all about control.
