still thinking about this comment on my video (it reads like a bot post)> Great that you've learned this stuff, but as an old school gamer I somehow dont feel I want to support this or give the vid a thumbs up. The reason is because I grew up living through the progression of gaming from the most basic of games to what they are today I know MANY independent games have ruined the games industry, they have filled up places like Steam etc & even moved to consoles which chocks me as browsing the games for Nintendo Switch I was shocked to see soo much garbage! (same with the PS Vita) at the very least this makes it take 20x longer to browse a games library when looking to buy games, having to literally sift through all the cheap, empty or unplayable crap made by nobody's I'm assuming just to make some quick cash, I see these as literal scams & a disgrace to gaming in general. This "7DFPS Sands of Liberty" is NOT a game, its you messing around with creation & nothing more, yet I have literally seen games even worse than this on game stores that actually charge for them! I dont mind indie creators/devs that are serious & have a REAL "dream" in mind, this here is not on of them tho is it. Some of the most played & well made games are made by very small groups or even single developers, but again, they had a dream or a vision in mind. Having "games" (I struggle to call them games) like this on actual game stores with a price tag, that is something I NEVER thought I would see & that no gamer ever should have seen, the simply seem to allow ANYTHING & just as sad most of the younger gaming population have NO idea what a real, decent game or labor of love is & will play ANYTHING, so combine that with garbage indie games & u have the biggest mess & biggest disgrace to gaming ever created. Very sad.

@moth_ball @takao fc2 does cool stuff but it's an extremely flawed game that throws out everything I like about the first and only true far cry gamefc2 onward is a completely different franchise really, might be good games but not really for me

@shpuld Why is this harping so much on indie games? Is it better to have 20 versions of Call of Duty and 150 AAA clones of Call of Duty? At least indie devs make poop and show it as poop, big corpos produce poop and cover it in gold, pretending it's good.

@cirno yeah finding good indie games can be tricky if you want anything that's not favored by steam's algos. I've browsed through switch's eshop and it's kinda worse because of bad ui, but there's less games at least
