@blackhawk Miller is a Green Beret combat veteran who knows exactly what he's doing at all times.If devolution happened, it's a first, so to talk about it it publicly to the vice president was a great morale boost for those in charge.They all know that not a single person in the country except for us is even aware of it, so there was no danger in alluding to SOMETHING that virtually everyone ignored.
