What he did to the Girl put him away for life.HE RECORDED THE MURDERS thinking it would exonerate him.He'd been burglarized SIX times before, but that was no excuse for executing them.He had working phones but chose to kill them out of spite.The recording he made sunk him, much like another EGO SHOOTER I've covered, retired Texas Firefighter Raul Rodriguez.He recorded his murder of a neighbor thinking it would clear him & got the same result as Smith. (after a retrial)

Since March 20th, when Smith's appeal was denied Raz0r has been talking up the Smith Case as a TERRIBLE INJUSTICE.A Case being used by nefarious Parties to erode Castle Doctrine.As Saul might say, BULLSHIT!!I listened to Raz0r's ranting over the Case for weeks as he forever omitted KEY DETAILS of the Smith's guilt.Tonight, in the Twitch Stream I pointed out the Coup de Grace...and was REPULSED by his response.He called me out BY NAME (Twitch Handle, really)then unloaded a torrent of abuse.
