       It is literally just an article there is no reason for it to require JavaScript other than to commit crimes against my right to privacy. And, in fact, it does not.

       @alexbuzzbee I once saw a blog article that used JavaScript to implement links (as in they made a span and added an onclick handler to it.) I only noticed because I was trying to right click the link to copy the URL and it wouldn't give me that option in the context menu.If only HTML provided some way of linking to a different page..
