@hj @chj0 having a full on tower air cooler for a 65W TDP CPU helps in my case, it's currently at 50C with the 30C ambient temperatureof course i distinctly remember one time the room getting noticeably warmer after a long session of gaming...

@izaya @hj @chj0 currently using Deepcool Gammaxx 400 as it was breddy good value, and i found one test that showed it had superior cooling to the Noctua U-series of coolers...still any fan noise even if its barely noticeable annoys the heck out of me fug

@p @chj0 @hj @izaya it's alright, my hearing seems to be fine the last time i had it tested. i remember getting really depressed about it a few years ago; i remember stumbling upon my posts about it in some forum and being surprised at how down i was at the timei just uh drink a shitload of magnesium supplements to help suppress it; it also really helps if i don't think about it
