@freemo It’s pandering to a bullshit narrative that started with the massage paler shooting. That guy didn’t shoot them up because they were Asian; it was due to his immature attitude towards women.Most of the ‘rise’ of hate against Asians is playing with some numbers. It’s just more news + identity + narrative = bullshit. It’s 24/7 hate woke machine.

@djsumdog @freemo the only thing i have heard about asian hate is the press gaslighting us that a scihzo who shot hookers was part of some rise of hate instead of a sex addled crazy person who needed therapy.i'm left to cynically wonder if the big recipient of all these sudden "stop asian hate" donations is also part of actblue. last "hate crime wave" the big recipient of charitable funds funneled a lot of it to democrats.

@djsumdog I used to be a crowder fan, but his facts are completely off since Trump won.. he went nuts.As for the narrative, I dont see any "narrative" on the screen show you posted, it just basically said they were against asian-hate which as you just said is legitimately on the rise... So not sure what the problem is.If you have an issue with a bad narrative thats cool, I can get behind that, but call out the narrative then when you see it, the post you made doesnt seem to have a narrative attached however.

@icedquinn I dunno, I'm a person who judges based on data.. if there is a rise in violence against asians that is higher than the background I have no problem with people speaking out against it. But I do want to see the data before I decide how big of an issue it is.@djsumdog
