@Debradelai That looks similar to what my 2 babes and I had when we flew over to Germany in '83. I think ours was titled US Dept of Defense Immunization Record. Anyway, the point is "we" have always had to have immunization records for as long as I can remember. I don't understand all the current hoopla over it. What am I missing?

@MEMAWas a few yrs. back. I hit my funny bone once to often. Which resulted in shock waves up my arm. They went in and cleaned the nerve. It took away the shock pain as I’m able to rest the arm on anything but left pinky, ring finger and pointer numb with constant tingling in my hand.
