@selah18 @JM I know exactly what you mean about Passover. It’s SUCH a family holiday. I, too, miss my parents at the seder table, and my godparents who were always there.Then I start thinking about all my relatives who never made it out of Vienna during WWII, who never got old, some who never even grew up.😥Passover is a very emotional holiday. Don’t waste a second feeling bad about Biden, et al. I see them as having very empty lives.

@rarity Yes. Tonight, it's eggplant lasagna... instead of using matzoh, I use eggplant as noodles, add spinach, mushrooms, chile and marinara..... but lots of cheese, too. I hope the veggies cancel out the cheese. At least it's better than matzoh as noodles!! @joebennett @selah18 @JM
