@Mitsu I once got two chocolate muffins for free at StarbucksIt was pretty late in the evening and the dude was like "hey you look like you like chocolate, do you want muffins on the house?"I guess they would have get thrown away otherwise but it really made my day :blobcathappy:

@fluff @Mitsu ooooh that reminds me! i once was really not well mentally and decided to take a walk in the evening. i thought i'd just take a short tour through the forest, but ended up getting lost in some village thats app. 10 km away. it was already dark, i did not have a wallet so i could not take a taxi. i did wait at a bus stop for a while, hoping they would let me travel for free, but then realized that it was already past operating hours. i then continued to walk (at least i knew i was heading the right direction if i followed the street the bus would take). it was really late at night then, no cars to be seen. then an icecream truck (a fcking ice cream truck of all!!!) drove past me, a few meters further it stopped and the driver rolled down the window and asked if he should take me back to the city. i was really unsure but the dude looked like a student so i thought it'd be okay. there were actually two persons in the truck already, the other also looked like a student, so i couldn't legally sit anywhere and somehow crouched between the two seats. we did drive to the city, they let me out near the ice cream factory the truck belonged. right after i got off, they called me back and handed a big cup of icecream to me, because "it was left and would be thrown away anyway".thats how a very frightening night turned out really fantastic!
