@graf Echoing some others, this is not uncommon. It's certainly a good way to deal with the myriad problems of trying to get a phone manufactured in thousands of units vs. the norm of millions.Back when Newegg was run by its founders, they had such a warranty disclaimer for big LCD screens, I think the number of allowed dead pixels was six. Unacceptable for me, so I just bought mine from Amazon before it went to hell with counterfeits, and now bhphotovideo.com/ which I've used for decades for various video and camera stuff.
