@Banzai @Arcalian The bassist Jerry Casale is lefty who plays a bass strung for righties, and he managed to get an incredible tone from his Gibson Ripper bass. The original studio recording is quite amazing.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jadvt7CbH1o

@ThomasWic @Banzai @ArcalianI lived next door to Doug Pinnick for years. I'd borrow his lefty bass to write and record songs on my little fostex 4track. It helped me to not just play guitar parts on the bass.

@ThomasWic @Banzai @Arcalian I had been a rabid skateboarder since 1973. Followed the culture but didn't indulge. I heard Devo the 1st time when I was 12yo. Was mildly impressed (too caught up in all things Sabbath, Purple and the Doors) but when this video came out I swan dived into it. And the message fascinated me.https://youtu.be/dVGINIsLnqU
