@EABY Imbecile.Private property.She was asked to leave. She refused. Hope they charge her with trespassing. They can require clown shoes to enter, and it has ZERO to do with any state mandate or lack thereof.

@Debradelai @EABY Was just going to say that. She was trespassing on private property. They had to right to refuse service to her for ANY reason. In this case it was THEIR rule, not the state's, that she refused to comply to - or leave when asked. Arrest her.

@Debradelai I think people forget the fines that are leveled against businesses if people are unmasked in their stores, restaurants ect. They are substantial. I hate masks but I understand why .

@EABY @Debradelai You're confusing business with federal.Banks are federally controlled, not owned. Even the damned Fed is privately owned. It's not a federal AGENCY.So they have all the same legal protections as any other private business.

@StevenDouglas @EABY @DebradelaiVery true.My employer does a lot of business with various banks, which are subject to federal regulations, despite being privately owned.If banks were owned federally, we'd either have a monopoly on the business in this country or be working to outbid/network our way in.

If I am terrified or if my customers are terrified, I should have the freedom to make sure my customers who are terrified feel comfortable by making masks required. Personally, I am not terrified but I respect those who take longer to look at real science. Live and let live...and use the drive through.!!

@EABY I'm sorry, but you don't have enough of a basic foundation to understand how laws work, what they are, and why everything you just wrote is wrong and not how anything works. Starting with the fact that you don't know what discrimination is, how it applies, or why it doesn't apply in the way you think it ought to in this case. @EABY Everything was explained to you.Banks (and other private businesses) may set their own rules - which apply to EVERYONE ENTERING. Nothing to do with state mandates, the lifting of which did not somehow FORBID businesses from imposing their own private rule - privately.Which she violated. She was not arrested for not wearing a mask. She was arrested for TRESPASSING, which happened the moment she refused to either put on a mask OR leave.Her only legal choices ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

@Dogstar_K9 @EABY Different legal issue entirely, can't even be compared. The gay people demanding the cake weren't trespassing or breaking any rules. They were welcome in and the baker never asked them to leave.And they could have bought a cake and put words on it themselves. That option was provided. And refused. They were trying to compel the baker to perform a service that went against his conscience. They were in his privately owned house trying to set special rules for him.

@StevenDouglas @EABY I am late to the party, but the issue I have with the “policy” of the bank is that they have used her money to loan dollars in multiples to what she has placed in deposit. I would hope that they would have extended her more courtesy based on that fact. I certainly don’t fault her for wishing to withdraw those funds from that institution. What a message that sends to the sheeple who may not understand that concept...the “ownership” thingy.
