       I was helping my partner move out of their old house last month and saw the landlord had cut down the banana tree in the backyard and left a huge bunch of green bananas there in the debris so I took them home. They actually ripened quite well and today I went through them and separated all the peels. They aren’t very sweet, more like a slimy potato. I will fry them and they will be delectable #TheGarden #TheKitchen

       Finally getting around to making chips out of these
