       @stephanieanne The headline is, again, wrong.It was not lawsuits that were rejected, but the Petitions for Mandamus.The Lawsuits proceed in the lower courts.What SCOTUS rejected was a petition to interfere before the lower courts.Writs of Mandamus are extremely rare in these circumstances.Cut it out with the hysterics. It's unbecoming.
