       Using a throwaway email service (10minutemail, Guerilla Mail, etc) essentially gives the service operator full control over any accounts you create with it, since they can just click “I forgot my password” and receive the email to their domain.

       @alex well key is to use 2fa like auth with the disposable email.  then they can reset it all they want. Just don't lose the email info!
